Please have your students’ artwork prepared for hanging prior to the submission deadline, as you will only have a few days from award notification for delivery. See the Schedule. Works not delivered on time or not prepared properly will not be included in the exhibit. Any images deemed too different from the image adjudicated will not be shown and forfeit any award. (See CT Submission Guide 2023) All images for each submission must be uploaded when registering student work online. The Connecticut school registration invoice, details on how to register and submit payment for your school or department as well as Connecticut submission guide and a step by step guide for online registration can be found within this website.
Notification of Accepted work will be made on Monday, January 8, 2024 by 8:00pm via a post on this website. Gold, Silver and Honorable Mention winners in all categories will be invited to attend The Virtual Connecticut Regional Awards Celebration by email.Eligibility: To participate in the Awards, you must be a student in grades 7–12, age 13 years or up, and residing in the United States, U.S. territories or military bases, or Canada.

Payment will not be accepted after December 16, 2023. Purchase orders must be accompanied by check.

2024 FEE STRUCTURE
Individual Categories: $10 per Submission (Limit of 30 per School/8 per Individual Student)
Schools:To make it easier to plan - $100 per 10 Submissions: $10 for each additional submission
(We recommend that you divide submissions equally among art teachers)
Portfolios: $30 each (Limit 12 per School) Each Senior may submit up to 2 portfolios.
This fee pays only for Adjudication of the Portfolio as a unit of 8 works but DOES NOT pay for any works that a student wants to ALSO have adjudicated individually outside of the Portfolio.
For individual students who have a financial impediment and are unable to pay for submissions,
please fill out a Fee Waiver for EACH STUDENT SUBMISSION who needs one.
All images must be uploaded when artwork is registered online by 11:59, December 15 2023
